Our Mission

The Filotimo Foundation provides direct financial support to adults living with cystic fibrosis, helping cover essential living and medical needs and supporting family-building journeys.

Our Vision

A future where every adult with cystic fibrosis has the resources and support to live fully and build the family they choose, without barriers imposed by their disease

Key Highlights of 2025

  • Grew from 1 to 54 hospital partners nationwide, enabling support for 10,000+ adults living with cystic fibrosis.
  • Expanded support from 1 to 150+ fertility clinic locations, increasing access to grants for IVF, sperm retrieval, genetic testing, adoption, and more.
  • Responded to 700+ requests for help across medical bills, food insecurity, transportation, lodging, and other critical needs.
